THE ENGINEER COATING is a single-component, water-based acrylic coating designed for waterproofing and protecting concrete and other recommended substrates. This liquid-applied membrane is easy to apply on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Once cured, it forms a seamless, durable waterproof layer that resists thermal fluctuations and UV exposure. Ideal for hot and tropical climates, it is suitable for roofs, terraces, and balconies, as well as for protective and decorative coating of exposed concrete surfaces. It can also be used for waterproofing flashings, roof edges, and walls made of concrete, cement mortar, wood, or metal.
